At Savyaa Naturals, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• A product with missing contents

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at care@savyaanaturals.com with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Full Refund
• Replacement Product
• Store Credit

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless received damaged)
• Products returned without original packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Allergic Reactions

Our products are made using natural ingredients; however, every individual's skin is unique.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use.
